Meet Arledge Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery Front Desk Coordinator

My name is Kirsten Buckle, I have been with Arledge Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery for 2 years as the Front Desk Coordinator. I have 4 dogs and a fiancé, and I love plants and a good book. I have been in the beauty/aesthetic industry for over 13 years as a makeup artist and I was very excited to continue my career at Arledge Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery. Advancing my knowledge in this industry has been a great honor and blessing. I cannot wait to meet all of you and help you Experience Excellence at our office. Please call and schedule an appointment at Arledge Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery via email or phone so we can help you achieve all your aesthetic goals!

Front Desk Coordinator

Here are some things to make the most of your consultation with Arledge Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery!

Booking your appointment -

To book your appointment with Dr. Arledge, or one of our other providers, we have several easy types of communication:

  1. Website requests - submit an online form and we will contact you in your preferred method and go over the specifics of booking an appointment with your provider.
  2. Call our office and we will get you set up for a consultation with your provider and answer any questions you may have regarding your appointment.
  3. Request an appointment through solution reach, our online communication resource.

Why is it important to complete and return New Patient Paperwork to the office before the appointment?

  1. The Front Desk Coordinator can review and address any paperwork issues before the appointment.
  2. The Front Desk Coordinator can input the data into the computer in advance, which allows the entire appointment time with Dr. Arledge and her clinical staff.
  3. Provides the clinic the opportunity to review and see if any medical records may need to be released from a different doctor, potential pre-ordering of labs depending on the type of appointment, etc.

Arriving 15 minutes early to your appointment -

  1. Gives the office time to enter your new patient paperwork if it was not sent back prior to your appointment and will not cut into your appointment time with your provider.
  2. Gives you the opportunity to be seen sooner if you completed your paperwork prior to the appointment.
  3. Helps maintain an even flow of appointments in the office.

Rescheduling an appointment -

  1. If something should arise and you need to reschedule an appointment with one of our providers, please call us at the office with 48 hours’ notice, and we will gladly reschedule you!
  2. Always let our staff know if you would like to be added to our reschedule list, there are occasional opportunities to be seen sooner.
