Dr. Arledge has been practicing reconstructive and cosmetic surgery in Lubbock, Texas since 2000. She received her Doctorate of Medicine from Texas Tech University Health Science Center and completed her residency at the University of Missouri Hospital and Clinics. Dr. Arledge completed a Microsurgical Fellowship and served as Chief Resident before returning home to Lubbock, Texas.
