Hello, my name is Kristina Robles and I am the owner and creator of Custom Nutrition Now. I am beyond thrilled to partner with Arledge Aesthetics! I have been a dietitian for over 15 years, working in a variety of arenas. I am passionate about helping people reach their health and wellness goals so they can feel better about themselves and live a quality life. This passion is what prompted me to go into private practice and develop Custom Nutrition Now. I believe in taking a personalized approach with each patient to develop a custom diet that will meet their needs and promote progress towards reaching their health and wellness goals. I do this through product recommendations, menu planning, recipe modification, and meal prep solutions.
I have been a patient and fan of Arledge Aesthetics for many years, as I have had procedures done to enhance my confidence. I want to be able to contribute to what Dr. Arledge and her staff are already doing. I feel that this partnership with Arledge Aesthetics will truly help enhance the confidence and overall health of each patient from the inside out.

Nutrition plays an integral role in gut health. Even if you are religiously taking a probiotic, it is still important to feed your gut the right foods. I love being able to teach patients how they can do this!
